Marriage is the legal part of a wedding ceremony. The wedding is a ceremonial celebration and the creative part of the Ceremony.
Unlike Scotland, currently, in England, a Celebrant may only perform a wedding ceremony.

A Registrar carries out a formal Ceremony that is scripted and used for all weddings.
You will often not meet the Registrar until the day.
The wedding can only take place at a licenced venue.
A Registrar may perform several Ceremonies in one day and there is a time constraint.
A Celebrant will spend time with you to get to know you and what you want for your Ceremony. They can help you to uncover what it is that is important to you within the Ceremony.
The Celebrant then creates a bespoke Ceremony that is only for the intended couple. A Ceremony that is personal and memorable.
The wedding can take place virtually anywhere.
A Celebrant will only perform one wedding ceremony on that day so you have their full attention.

I know how important pets are in a family. I always say my dog Lily is my favourite child. I am always open to discussing how to include your pet in the wedding. Of course, there are many factors to be considered, the first being what type of pet? Are we talking about your dog being the ring bearer or a tarantula? Either may work, but there are logistics to be considered.

I am happy to travel to wherever the Ceremony is to be held but there will be an additional charge to cover travel and accommodation, if required.
